Delivery

The goods ordered at KNVBshop.nl will be delivered to the address specified by you in the Netherlands and abroad. You will receive a Track & Trace code via email to track the shipment. All orders are delivered in accordance with the Dutch regulations regarding distance selling. Orders that require modifications (such as personalization or name and number printing) or items that need to be reordered from the supplier will have a longer delivery time. If the product is temporarily sold out or cannot be delivered, you will automatically receive a message.

*You can select the delivery time that works best for you when placing your order. As soon as your parcel is on its way, you’ll receive an email containing a Track & Trace code. With this code, you can follow your shipment via the DHL website: https://www.dhlecommerce.nl/en/consumer/track-and-trace or directly in the My DHL app. The table below provides an overview of the estimated delivery times for each shipping option.

  • Is the planned delivery time not convenient or did you miss the delivery person?

    Is the planned delivery time not convenient for you? Or would you prefer to collect your order yourself from a DHL ServicePoint or Parcel Locker? Using Track & Trace, you can easily adjust both the delivery time and location — starting from the day before your package is scheduled to arrive. With the My DHL app, you stay in full control of when and where your parcel is delivered, and you can even save your preferred delivery settings for future orders.

    Not at home when DHL stops by? Then your parcel will be delivered to your neighbors. The driver will leave a notification card in your mailbox with details so you can see the delivery address online.

    If your neighbors aren’t available either, you’ll find a “not-at-home” code on the delivery card. With this code, you can quickly choose a new delivery option online — for example, to have your parcel sent to a DHL ServicePoint the next day, free of charge: https://www.dhlecommerce.nl/en/consumer/change-delivery.

  • Pick up (DHL ServicePoint)

    You can also choose to collect your order yourself at one of the 5,000+ DHL ServicePoints across the Netherlands. Simply enter your address during checkout, and the closest ServicePoints will automatically appear. Select the location that suits you best and pick up your parcel whenever it’s convenient.     Please note: You’ll need to show a valid ID when collecting your package. The name on your ID must match the recipient’s name on the parcel.

  • Same Day Delivery

    Take advantage of our Same Day Delivery service! Place your order before 12:00 PM and select the ‘Today’ shipping option during checkout. Your package will be delivered later that same day, between 5:30 PM and 10:00 PM. A surcharge of €7.99 applies for this express delivery.

    Please note: this same-day shipping service is currently only available for addresses within the Netherlands. If you do not see the ‘Today’ option appear after entering your postal code, Same Day Delivery is not yet available in your area. Any shipping fees for additional services, such as Same Day Delivery, will not be refunded if you return your order.
