Delivery
The goods ordered at KNVBshop.nl will be delivered to the address specified by you in the Netherlands and abroad. You will receive a track & trace code via email to track the shipment. Goods ordered on Sunday(!) to Friday before 20:30 will be delivered the next day (in The Netherlands and if in stock, unless indicated differently) in accordance with the legal provisions applicable in the Netherlands regarding distance selling. Exceptions to this are products that require processing such as personalization or name and number printing and/or products that must be reordered from the supplier. If the product is temporarily sold out or cannot be delivered, you will automatically receive a message.
Standard delivery schedule
- Monday - ordered before 20:30 = delivered Tuesday
- Tuesday - ordered before 20:30 = delivered on Wednesday
- Wednesday - ordered before 20:30 = delivered Thursday
- Thursday - ordered before 20:30 = delivered Friday
- Friday - ordered before 20:30 = delivered Saturday
- Saturday - ordered before 23:59 = delivered on Monday
- Sunday - ordered before 20:30 = delivered on Monday

If you weren't at home, the DHL driver leaves a card with a delivery code. You can make a new delivery appointment with this delivery code via dhlparcel.nl/en/consumer/change-delivery
We also offer the option to pick up your order yourself at 1 of the 2,800+ DHL Service Points in the Netherlands. When you enter your address on the payment page, the nearest service points are shown. Choose from one of these locations and pick up your order when it suits you! You will automatically receive a notification by email when your order is ready. Do you want to know if there is a DHL Service Point near you? Then look at dhlparcel.nl/en/consumer/dhl-servicepoints 95% chance that you will find one within 4 km of your address!
Identification requirement: when picking up the package, you will be asked for proof of identity. This information must match the recipient on the package.
Regarding deliveries in the Netherlands we will charge € 4,95 when the total orderamount is below € 49,-. These costs for transport are different per country. When you change the country or order amount the cost will change automatically. Free shipping for all orders above € 49,-. All prices at KNVBshop.nl are VAT included.
