KNVB The Dutch Football School part 3

The Dutch Football School is an educational DVD with more than an hour of video footage of many forms of training. It shows what high standards a modern defender must meet. It also explains how to teach a team to defend ahead as a trainer, i.e. half the opponent. The exercises and tips for defensive headings, sliding and tackle are also not missing. Many goals come about from the game resume these days. The main basic principles, both offensive and defensive, are dealt with in the free kick, corner, throw-in and penalties.
